Conclusion of the contract online
To complete an order, the customer does not have to register on the site. In fact, the customer can also proceed with the purchase as a "guest".
The data released to Padel Ita during registration will be processed in compliance with the provisions regarding the protection of personal data and used only and exclusively to process the order received.
Each order submitted must be understood, for all intents and purposes, as a contractual proposal by the customer.
The order will be promptly confirmed by Padel Ita by sending an email to the email account entered by the customer when placing the order.
Payment
The customer will pay the price of the products ordered in full when placing the order.
Terms of payment
On Padalita.it you have the possibility to pay with different methods:
- PayPal: PayPal is a secure and rapid system (payments are immediate) which allows us to process the order more quickly;
- Credit card: Stripe is a payment system that allows you to process credit or debit card payments securely;
- Bank transfer: the order is processed only after receiving the credit;
- Mark: payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery (a surcharge of €5 applies).
In case of payment by bank transfer, the customer must send the email as soon as possible info@padelita.it the payment accountant issued by the bank. The order will be processed only after Padel Ita has received it or when it has received the actual credit to the bank account.
